Tim Nave is an experimental folk artist from Carter County, Tennessee. He goes by TAKAT, or The Artist Known As Tim. Bitter As Hell is a collection of short albums that are inspired by his life and the area of Appalachia where he was raised. The albums use storytelling, acoustic instruments, and a variety of folk genres to bring the tales to life. The album is a reminder that the stories you don't tell will make you bitter and that it's better to find joy in spite of life.

Hailing from just north of Pittsburgh, PA, The Redlines have taken personal influences and past experience to create their own distinct blend of classic rock & roll with hints of 60's soul, 70's punk, and 80's heartland rock mixed with a touch of power-pop and garage rock. This signature sound is on display on Kick Out Tomorrow, the follow-up to the 2022 EP, Kick Out Today, and second half of two-EP vinyl album in which the band decided to let loose and inject their sense of fun into the music and lyrics all while using the various permutations of garage rock as the canvas. A key component was teaming up with famed producer and engineer Eddie Ashworth (Sublime, Pennywise, Frenzal Rhomb, Great White) who helped shape and polish that vision. Mastered by the legendary Gene “The Machine” Grimaldi, these five songs continue the wave established on last year’s recordings as The Redlines aim to avoid predictability while maintaining a recognizable sound, highlighted by the first single “Take What You Can Get”.

SOLD OUT David Rokos is ready to have a good time. In the past seven years since he released his last album, "When You Were Her" (Rogers Park Records, 2016), the world has certainly changed, and so has he. After teasing a new, more upbeat style on two Covid-era single releases, his new album "This is Landing", is filled with the big drums, big hooks, and big production that he is known for, but with a (slightly) more positive outlook on life. "This record is a reflection of where I am now - a married, happy guy in my mid 30s - as opposed to the brokenhearted lonely guy in my mid 20s on the last record," Rokos says with a laugh. Tracks like "What a Memory" and "Passport Photography" fly by as they tell stories of his travels and his relationship. Not that the album is all fluff though, tracks like "Play Sober" and "No Fighting in the War Room" describe Rokos' relationship with alcohol and mental health in a way that feels much more private than anything in his back catalog. A more settled life as afforded Rokos more opportunities to record this time around. After recording the Drums and Bass at the Echo Mill Chicago, he recorded guitar and vocals at Gravity Studios Chicago, a studio that has housed Chicago legends like Fall Out Boy and Smashing Pumpkins. For two acoustic songs Rokos went to The Village Studios in Los Angeles, channeling his favorite songwriter, Tom Petty, in the studio where he formed the Heartbreaks. He likes to this Tom would be proud, but more likely he'd just be annoyed that Dave's ripping him off.
