When a 70's British Punk style cover band ends up writing an original song, this is what it sounds like. Also includes a cover of Along Comes Mary by The Association (1966)
BLUMENKOHL
Blumenkohl is a band from the suburbs of Chicago who is into a particular thing. That particular thing is playing covers of British style punk from the seventies; you know, The Clash, The Jam, Buzzcocks, Stiff Little Fingers, that sort of thing.
After playing shows regularly for a couple of years, they decided to write and release a single which is called All Our Times. Of course, this original song does not sound like British punk from the seventies. It sounds like indie rock with a bit of a punk vibe. Plus a vaguely country outro solo.
This single also features a cover of the classic sixties song Along Comes Mary by The Association. Because why not.
These songs are free so check them out.
